We process orders faster than a champion’s combination:

  • Shipping Confirmation: You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Choose the shipping option that fits your training schedule:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Available worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas)

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Minimum Order: $50
  • Available worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas)

International Shipping

We ship globally (except Asia and certain remote areas). Please note:

  • Customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing

2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges with the same precision as a well-timed uppercut – clean, fair, and no nonsense.

Return Policy Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns/exchanges

NOTE: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Boxing Gloves (all types)
  • Head Guards
  • Compression Shorts
  • Mitts & Shields

The 4-Step Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Corner Team

  • Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Get Your Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours (quicker than a one-two punch) with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address

Step 3: Package & Ship

  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Include completed return form (we’ll email this)
  • Include copy of your invoice
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Step 4: Track & Wait

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

Refund Details

  • Method: Original payment method
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Shipping Costs: Customer’s responsibility unless we made an error

Exchange Details

Want a different size or color? Follow the return process and:

  • Clearly state your preferred replacement item
  • We’ll ship once we receive your return
  • You’ll only pay additional shipping if upgrading to a more expensive product

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged (which is rare – our products train hard):

  • We’ll arrange a free return label if needed

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping and any customs fees
  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges
