1. Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging (including any protective gear bags)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note:
For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Boxing Gloves (all types)
- Head Guards
- Compression Shorts
- Mitts & Shields
2. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)
Follow these steps smoother than a boxer’s footwork:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours (faster than a jab) with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your return (we recommend using the original packaging) and include:
- Completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
- Copy of your invoice
Step 4: Track Your Return
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We’re not responsible for lost return shipments.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
5. Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different size or color? No problem – follow the same return process and:

- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
- You’ll only pay additional shipping if upgrading to a more expensive product
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective (which is rare – we train our products hard):
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
- Receive a replacement or full refund – your choice
7. International Returns
For international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will exclude original shipping charges
- Processing may take additional 1-2 weeks
